Q: What is the age for registration?
A:  On your 2011 birthday, football ages are 7-14;  Cheer ages are 6-14.

Q: How do I sign up to coach?
A:  coaching application are on-line. More information is on the Coaches page.

Q: How do I become a sponsor?
A:  Visit the Sponsors link on our league homepage for information. You may also contact us by email at:  everyoneplays@ljfl.org.

Q: I was wondering if the all play rules are the same as PJFL which my son played last year?
A: Yes,we have the same play rule as PJFL. We work closely with PJFL to keep our playing rules the same. 

Q: What is the Football practice schedule like?
A: Practices are limited to 3 per week (up to 4 per week before school starts), 2hr/day with no practices on Sundays. Practices days depend on the coach's schedule and available practice field time. All practices are in Livermore.
